Support and connect with IPPS

How can the municipal agencies, schools and community-based organizations support or engage with Innovative Pathways to Public Service?

If you are a government organization…

Local, state and federal government organizations can expand upon pathways to employment that result in a more diverse, qualified workforce and engaged community. Pathways are defined as routes leading to employment via high school, community college or university-level programs or entry-level training programs that support first-time employment within the public sector.

If you are a K-12 partner…

K-12 partners can work with municipal agencies to develop work-based learning experiences that align with current and future employment needs.

If you are a community college…

Community colleges can partner with government agencies (and their human resources departments) and local education agencies to develop clear pathways for students to complete (dual-enrollment) coursework leading to public sector employment.

IPPS Speakers Bureau

To ensure we reach far and wide to strengthen the public sector, IPPS leaders have created a speakers’ bureau to share the goal and impact of our efforts to date and to encourage new stakeholders to join in transforming the future of the public sector workforce.

If you are interested in having an IPPS leader connect with your organization, please contact us.

Stakeholders

If you are a stakeholder interested in this work but not yet part of our IPPS team, let us know how we can reach you via our contact form. http://bit.ly/IPPSContactInfo
