Thank you for attending the August 29 Public Sector Workforce Summit hosted bv the Innovative Pathways to Public Service collaborative (IPPS).

At the sold out event, we unveiled key findings from the Sacramento Region Public Sector Workforce Needs Assessment and we heard from state and local leaders about their initiatives to transform and empower the public sector. We also heard loud and clear that there is a strong desire to ensure the public sector meets the diverse needs and modern demands of our next generation of employees, our local communities and our statewide organizations. We also proudly announced commitments from three of the region’s major educational institutions to work with us to continue this important work.
